Former EME singer, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, with stage name Skales is rumoured to have set up his record label ”OHK Music”.The record label will be into songwriting, music productions, promotions and publishing Nigeria is trying to get more details from the artiste himself but pending that time, congratulations to the 23 years old singer!

Do you think this is a good move by Skales?
