The Pop singer’s reps confirmed the lawsuit, stating that the case was never intended to go public.
‘I can confirm this is true although I’m not in the know if court proceedings have begun‘, the singer’s publicist told our reporter in a telephone conversation.
In February 2014, the little known tabloid reported that an Access Bank member of staff was expecting a baby for the singer. 2face however debunked those reports.
‘Everybody make una see fake blog with fake news trying 2 soil my reputation. GOD go judge una,’ was 2face’s first response to the reports.
The award winning singer further denied the reports in an interview with Toolz on The Juice and assured that the truth of the matter would be known in due time. ‘The whole world will know the truth. There’s nothing hidden under the sun‘, he responded to questions over the infidelity reports.
The singer is currently married to
actress/model Annie Macaulay-Idibia. The couple have two daughters –
Isabella, 5, and Olivia, 6 months.
