Jaywon, LKT, Lord of Ajasa In Ogbomoso As 9ice Campaign Goes On.

Adegbola Abolore Akande a.k.a 9ice, is pushing on with his desire to represent Ogbomosho South/North/Orire Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives. The ‘Gongo Aso’ singer was back at his home town again to campaign for the forthcoming 2015 general elections over the weekend. This time, 9ice didn’t go alone; he went with some of his close friends who are also musicians. Some of the showbiz stars who accompanied 9ice to Ogbomoso include Oluwajuwon ‘Jaywon’ Iledare, Olusegun Osaniyi better known as‘Lord of Ajasa and Olalekan Tunde Olayade known as LKT and they were the cynosure of all eyes at the campaign event that also marked the end of the Ladoke Akintola University Students’ Union Week in Ogbomosho on Friday, October 2, 2015.

At the event, which took place at LAUTECH’s main campus in Ogbomosho, saw president of the tertiary institution’s Students’ Union Government Ajibola Oyegoke saying: ‘This is the first time a youthful person will come out to contest for an elective position in Ogbomosho. And we have to show our support in order to protect our future in the House of Representatives 2015.

’ The youth leader of the town, Fagbemi Abiola, added: ‘We are behind 9ice because he has shown us that he has the charisma to lead the youths of Ogbomosho to the promise land in the future.’ 9ice later mounted the stage to address Ogbomosho youth and LAUTECH students, telling them their destiny is in their hands and that: ‘Our future is now. There must be a change. And the change is the youths of Lautech and Ogbomosho. We have programmes to build hostels, transportation system for students, youths empowerment and others. We need to open our eyes.‘...
