‘Simi Did A Good Job On My Album’ – Adekunle Gold

A few months back, singer, Adekunle Gold, released his debut album titled ‘GOLD‘,  amidst mixed reactions.

In a recent interview: the ‘Shade‘ crooner, noted that his rumored woman, Simi, who mixed and mastered most of the songs on the album, did an awesome job..

In his words:

She (Simi) mixed and mastered all the songs except ‘Sade’ which was mixed and mastered by V-Tek. Simi is amazing, she did a lot of work. We had times that we fought about some songs on the album like ‘Nurse Alabere’. I recorded the song like three times; recorded ‘Fight For You’ about three times. I’m happy that we went through all of that because it turned out to be great.’

Adekunle Gold, recently snagged a few spots on the 2016 NMVA nominees list.
