Eldad Bart better known as Wispy is a Singer and Rapper who resides in Kaduna,
the Young Music art sign up a Management deal with MadeIn KrockCity in 2017 before his sign up 

Wispy has been making great sounds.

His major breakthrough came when he released "Reasons" it became
an underground hit His new song "I'll Be There For You" is 
a fusion of Hip Pop & Rnb, this is his first work under the MadeIn KrockCity platform,
