Former Rivers state governor and Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi marked his 51 birthday recently.  Friends and family including Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed and Director General of Nigerian Maritime administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dakuku Peterside turned out for the birthday dinner organised for the quinquagenarian.
