The fastest rising upcoming star "R-truth” who is known for his guitar style, free spirited delivery and creative lyrical ability.


Born Ayeni Oluwaseun Raymond. a.k.a "R-truth" on the 27 of March, in Ilorin Kwara State,Nigeria although his å native of Ekiti state , R-truth fell in love with music as early in his primary school days. Soon, he discovered he also had the talent to sing and began to nurture that talent. not till year 2010 he decide to get guitar and work on something after which he enter studio and record he's first single.

As a solo artist, R-truth is on his own; living and loving every moment of this new chapter of his journey, as he shares his music one stage at a time. Since R-truth started his solo career a year and a half ago, he has performed at some part of nigeria. He did a promotional tour with El-phlex during the month of july to sept 2011”
R-truth who is currently working on is first album which he will feature some top artist under the musical care of his album. Being a versatile artist, he's not only playing guitar, but also writes for different genres of music such as R&B, Reggae and Pop. he also appreciates music from the likes of R-kelly, John Mayer, Asa, Akon and Adol.

R-truth has performed live on big stages in some part of Nigeria along side with many artist in the likes of asa, sheyman, reminisce, skuki , YQ,El-phlex , Isolate, Sauce kid, Artquake and many more. It is safe to say, people love him and he loves them back. His music is gaining serious mass appeal and his guitar style is being enjoyed by many.

People often speak of R-truth in the same conversations as John Legend, John Mayer ,Femi Kuti ,Asa and Dare Art Alade. His music is reminiscent of an “old soul” that stands out in the current wave of new talent.
