One of the most influential African celebrities, Awilo Longomba, is back with a bang, and ready to thrill fans and lovers of African music, as he celebrates 30 years in the industry.

 The year 2014 marks Awilo Longomba’s 30 years of extensive career within music. The star artist is going to celebrate it in a special way, by treating fans to new material, releasing his highly anticipated new album.
The ‘Techno Soukous’ King has already surprised and delighted fans with a recent collaboration, featuring African songstress Lola Rae on an explosive remix for one of his greatest hits and an African anthem of all time, “Coupe Bibamba”.
Fans can also expect to see Awilo on his 2014 “GROW” worldwide tour, where he will be performing some his most popular classic and smash hit singles, in addition to treating fans and audiences to exclusive performances of his new material.
Awilo Longomba remains one of Africa’s most popular and loved musicians for decades.
He has continually captivated audiences with his genre of music, ‘Techno Soukous’.
