* Toyin and other Nollywood artistes before the match
It
was not the case at the weekend when popular Nollywood actress, Toyin
Aimakhu dislocated her knee during a football match between Nollywood
artistes and their counterparts from Ghana.
The photos of the incident showed that the newly wedded actress was badly injured as she was in a serious pain.
We hope she gets better soon.
Though the Nollywood artistes were beaten 3-1 by the Ghanaian actors, both teams surely had a fun-filled game.
The
Nollywood team comprised; Comic actors, Charles Inojie, Victor Osuagwu,
Toyin Aimakhu, Segun Arinze, Grace Amah and AGN president, Ibinabo
Fibersima.
Ghana scored their first goal in the 20th minute of the match and scored the other two in the second half.
Ibinabo Fiberesima scored the only goal for the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
It
was gathered that at a point of the match, Ibinabo collapsed and had to
be quickly resuscitated while Toyin dislocated her knee cap while doing
justice to her penalty shot which she missed!
Also, Van Vicker
sustained injuries in the first 10 minutes of the match while Fred Amata
left the field injured few minutes later.
