15. Olu Maintain – Yahooze (2007)

"Yahooze" is a song by Nigerian recording artist Olu Maintain. It was officially released on October 27, 2007 as the first single from his debut album Yahooze. The music was produced by Puffy Tee and the video was shot in Nigeria. LKT was featured on the remix. In 2008, "Yahooze" won the award of the Hottest Single of the Year at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards.

The album features guest appearances from Olamide, Reminisce, 9ice, Ice Prince, Naeto C, Kcee and Tiwa Savage. The album was supported by four official singles— "Mama Eh", "Komole", "Kilogbe" and "Kilogbe (Remix)" along with the promotional singles "Mama Eh"

The production of the album was a bit similar since he featured some old producers who worked on his first such OJB Jezreel, Cobhams Asuquo, Paul Runz. The album included ID Cabasa, Spankie,Mr Daz and Ja mix to Faze's list of producer with whom he had worked with. The group Styl-Plus (originally STYL) is a Nigerian gospel and pop musical group / quartet. The founding members were Shifi Emoefe, Tunde Akinsanmi, Yemi Akinwonmi, and Lanre Faneyi, the name STYL being an abbreviation of the founders first names.

In 1998 Lanre Faneyi died, and Zeal Onyecheme joined the group. This led to the group being renamed Styl-Plus, the "Plus" denoting the new addition to the group.

Curriculum Vitae is a compilation album by recording artists of Nigerian record label Mo' Hits Records, released in 2007 by the label. Nigerian record producer Don Jazzy, head of the label, first revealed plans for a label collaborative album in 2006. The album produced five singles—"Why Me (Remix)","Pere", "Ololufe", "Booty Call", and "Move Your Body". Upon its release, Curriculum Vitae received positive reviews from music critics.

It was released in 2007 and reportedly sold over 1 million copies in the first six days of its release, setting a record in the Nigerian music industry. Furthermore, the album has sold over 8 million copies. On May 1, 2007, the album was released on iTunes. The first single from the album was "Do Me". A video for the single was also released along with videos for "No One Like You", "Roll It", "More Than A Friend" and "Ifunanya". However, the most successful single was "No One Like You" which stayed at number 1 on the charts for almost 4 weeks until it was knocked down to number 2 by Mo Hits All Stars' "Pere"

9ice (born Alexander Abolore Adegbola Adigun Alapomeji Ajifolajifaola,on 17 January 1980) is a Nigerian musician. 9ice is a south-westerner from Ogbomoso in Oyo State but he grew up in the district of Bariga in Lagos.

9ice won the award for Best Hip Hop Artist at the MTV Africa Music Awards in 2008. At the third edition of the Hip Hop World Awards held in Nigeria, he won the Revelation of the Year award and the Best Male Vocal Performer. A month later at the first SoundCity Music Video Awards, he was nominated in the category of Best New Artist. 9ice's biggest single is titled "Gongo Aso". He is the founder of Alapomeji Records.

The Entertainer is the third studio album by Nigerian Afrobeat recording artist D'banj, released in 2008. Production on the album was handled by Don Jazzy. It features guest appearances from Wande Coal, Special Kid, and Kayswitch 'D Produkt’. It was supported by seven singles—"Fall in Love", "Gbono Feli Feli", "Suddenly", "Kimon", "Igwe", "Olorun Maje", and "Entertainer". The album was named in reference to D'banj's skill as an entertainer. The album was a commercial success due largely to radio airplay, distribution, and marketing strategies.

2. 2face Idibia – “Face 2 Face” (2004)

Face 2 Face is a 2004 album by 2face Idibia. It became a major hit (sold up to 2 million copies), initially in Idibia's home country of Nigeria, but quickly spreading through western and southern Africa, and eventually making an impact in Europe as well. Its success owed much to lead radio track "African Queen", a guitar ballad with elements of West African folk music and hip-hop. "Nfana Ibaga" also became a local hit.
