Brymo Goes Naked In ‘Heya’ Video, Twitter Reacts
Brymo recently released his album titled “Oso” and he followed it up with the release of a video of ‘Heya’, one of
the constituent songs of the album. The new video contain scenes showing Brymo with no cloth on, but a G-string which he wore for most part of the video as he sang in parables about the failures of the African society, particularly Nigeria.
The video has since evoked reactions from Nigerians on Twitter, with the comments reflecting the division in the opinions of people who have seen the video which already looks like what would be talked about for a long time from now.

Brymo has never been known to flow with the tide, in an era when everyone is going commercial, rap artistes turning to pop overnight and those who once made sense embracing trash lyrics, Brymo stood his ground. pic.twitter.com/RpLpRi4w62— For the Love of Brymo (@BrymoArmy) 28 March 2018
Why are you guys insulting Brymo on what you celebrated Fela for???— Mr. Jack Robinson (@jackdre02) 28 March 2018
Maybe we actually need to go back to the basic fact that Brymo wasn’t wearing G-string and what he wore had traditional significance in the African culture. Call it a throwback wear and maybe, just maybe, you will see it for what it really is, Cultural Art! pic.twitter.com/KVxpcKA7j6— FAVOUR ONYEOZIRI (GCFR) (@Rouvafe) 28 March 2018

Can’t you see what Brymo is saying? We are bushmen who lack knowledge and that is why we live in ruins in the midst of riches. In a nutshell, we are “Nigerians” and as long as we don’t seek knowledge we would continue to live like desert people.— Oluniyi Gates (@oluwapower) 28 March 2018
